- When I come to your farm for a saddle fitting I will allow at least 2 hours for your fitting.
- A history is documented of the horse's dicipline, diet, age, breed, lameness issuess, and other factors that effect the horse's musculature.
- A series of tracings of the horse's back along with an exam of his shoulders, hips and back.
-The saddle is evaluated for tree fit, tree shape, and flocking. The type of pads being used is also evaluated.
- Horse and rider are asked to go through typical schooling to help evaluate the dynamic back of the horse and obtain feedback from the rider about he or she feels in the saddle.
- At this point, with all the information I have gathered, I can start to make adjustments in the flocking and help the horse and rider come together in Harmony. All documentation and tracings are given to the client for their records.
