How often do I need my saddle checked?
This depends on the type and amount of work. A young warmblood who is just starting will need regular evaluations for changes. A horse working at the upper levels for several years doens't need to be checked as often. Any sort of layoff or change in enviroment, or dicipline can effect fit and would nesscitate an evaluation.
How much does a fitting cost?
A fitting usually runs $35 - $45, this includes the wither tracing, exam, and corrections to the saddle.
You will also have a trip fee that can be split among riders at the same farm. Depending on your location
the trip fee can run from $35 - $60.
